Q: How do I fill out a SpiritSingles.com application?

A: To place your listing, go to the Spirit Singles application form. Fill it out, making sure to click to finish all three pages of the form including all four essay questions. Please look over your answers carefully. Make sure you complete the administrative info section after the Free Membership Application. The Administrative Info has your confidential information and subscription options and the Free Membership Application creates your online personal profile. You will receive a confirmation that your application is completed and excepted via e-mail.
 
 
Q: What is the cost for membership subscription on SpiritSingles.com and how long does my membership subscription last?

A: SpiritSingles.com membership is completely FREE!!! Registration, the posting of your singles profile and photos plus the use of almost all features and services provided by SpiritSingles.com is free of charge. In order to initiate a contact with another single member, however, you will need to become a Full Member.

Certainly, if you want to meet other members it is your best bet to initiate contact! We offer a SpiritSingles.com subscription according to monthly plans:

1 Month Subscription for US $24.95 (Guaranteed renewal rate of $17.95 per month after expiration of the initial subscription if you pay by credit card.)

3 Month Subscription for US $47.85 (Guaranteed renewal rate of $15.95 per month after expiration of the initial subscription if you pay by credit card.)

Q: How do I remove my profile from SpiritSingles.com?

A: Click on Postpone Your Membership here or on the Member Services page. Then enter your Member ID# and let us know why you chose to postpone your membership. Your request will be processed immediately.
 
 
Q: I would like to edit my profile, how is this done?

A: All you need to do is click on Update Your Singles Profile here or on Member Services. How much does it cost? There is no charge to make changes to your profile. Editing your profile could be changing your age, your headline, your essay questions, etc. If you move, change your mailing address, billing address, phone number or any of your confidential information; please click on Confidential Information under "Member Services" to make these changes to your personal information.
 
 
Q: How can I add a photo to my profile?

A: You are able to up load your photos yourself by clicking on Photo Submission here or use the link on the Member Services page. There is no charge for submitting and uploading your photos.
 
 
Q: How can I change my photo(s)?

A: You can remove photos and replace them on your own without any charge. If you need your photo scanned, please send us your photo(s). For a $5 charge per photograph, we will scan, crop and upload your photos to your profile. Please send a SASE with your photo, slide or negative and we will return your photo. SpiritSingles.com is not responsible for damage or loss of photographs. Please give us authorization to bill your credit card. If you would like to use a different credit card than the one we have on record, please give us the new number, card type, and expiration date. Please include your Spirit singles Membership ID# with your request. Just e-mail us this information to: info@spiritsingles.com. Or snail mail your photo(s) to be scanned (with your Member ID# on the back of each photo) and credit card information to: SpiritSingles.com 3301 NW Boca Raton Blvd.l, #220, Boca Raton, FL 33431.


Q: Do you have any suggestions or requirements on photo submission?

A: We will not except any nudity or partial nudity. You must have permission from the photographer that you can copy and use the photograph on your profile. Please use the utmost discretion in choosing your photo(s). It's best to submit a close-up head shot and a full body photo. We have the right to reject any photo(s) we deem unacceptable or inappropriate. And dimensions? Our photo dimensions that we use on your profile are 250 x 250 pixels at 72 dpi. Please do not send us a photo any larger than 640 x 480. Your photo may appear smaller that it is, but members will be able to double click on your photo to enlarge and see the whole photograph.


Q: Do I need to send my photo when I send the application?

A: Your application will be fully processed when we received it in it's complete state (text and photo). You may send additional photos (up to three photos per profile) after you have submitted your application. You may also submit without a photo and then decide to place a photo after you submitted your text only application. The cost of your application is free with or without a photo; but we always recommend for the best results to submit multiple photos with your profile. There is no fee for submitting up to 3 photos.
 
 
Q: Do I have to put my age down?

A: Yes, your exact Date of Birth will be asked for on the Administrative Info section of the application and will not be published. Your age will be asked on your Membership Application and will be published on your member profile.


Q: When will I see my profile posted?

A: Your online singles profile will be posted immediately after electronic submission and your photograph(s) will be posted approximately within a week. If you are sending your application via fax or snail mail, it may take up to 10 days to process your application and post your photo(s) after receipt of your application.
 
 
Q: I had a profile posted two weeks ago and now when I go to the New Additions section it is gone, why?

A: It is our policy that profiles only stay in the New Additions section for two weeks. Also, profiles are listed in the New Additions's section in completely random order and we cannot put one profile at the top over another.


Q: How long will my profile stay online?

A: Your online dating profile will stay online indefinitely. Your membership is FREE and unless you advise us to remove your profile it will remain on SpiritSingles.com indefinitely. Your paid subscription determines how long you are able to contact other members. Your credit card will be billed automatically at the subscription rate you signed up for. Unless you contact us to cancel your subscription, your credit card will be charged for the determined amount on your subscription application; either monthly, three month intervals, six month intervals or yearly.
 
 
Q: How will people contact me?

A: Your e-mail address will be automatically submitted once you send us the completed SpiritSingles.com Membership Application. You will then be given a membership ID# so that your e-mail address will remain unpublished to other members. SpiritSingles.com will notify you when you are contacted by another member, with that member's profile ID#. You can then locate this member by their Member ID# in Lookup Profile. After reviewing the profile you can choose to "E-mail" or contact the member or "No Thank You" or decline this member.
 
 
Q: Can I see who viewed my profile?

A: When someone views your online singles profile, you may now see who those members are. This gives you an idea of who is viewing your profile. Sometimes this is all you need to see a potential match that might have escaped you :)  Remember though, many members may choose to remain invisible, so you will not see those.  We however do not recommend that one does this. After logging in, click here to see who's viewed you.
 
 
Q: How do I look at someone's profile who contacts me?

A: The member's ID# will be available to you when you are contacted, so you can click on Lookup Profile on the top navigation buttons (after login) or on the Member Options drop down menu. Enter their member ID# and click on "View Profile."

Q: Can I send a wink for free?

A: Yes you may send and receive a wink for free.  The purpose of a wink is to test the waters and see if the other member is interested in started a conversation.  However the preferred choice is always to just e-mail the member.

Q: My  age is showing wrong on my profile.  How can I fix it?

A: After logging in click here to change your Date of Birth.  Do not forget to save the information at the bottom of page.

Q: How do I change my  Telephone Area Code or Zip Code?

A: After logging in click here to change your Area Code or Zip Code.  Do not forget to save the information at the bottom of page.

Q: How do I stop recurring billing charges?

A: After logging in click here and click the revert  to free membership button. Your Full Membership will be reverted to a Free Membership on Date you click the revert button. After that time you will continue to be a Free Member, but will no longer be able to contact other members through SpiritSingles.com. You will not be responsible for any charges after today. You may upgrade your Free Membership status to Full Membership at any time by logging in and going to Member Services.

Q: How do I block my favorites selection from being seen by other members?

A: After logging in click here and allow or block members from seeing that you added them to your favorites. NOTE: We recommend leaving this at the default setting. Changing this option may result in fewer members contacting you.

Q: Can I send a check or money order?

A: Yes, It must be made to SpiritSingles.com, Inc. You  may  mail it to  SpiritSingles.com 3301 Northwest Boca Raton Boulevard, #200, Boca Raton, FL 33431.  NOTE: It must be in US funds.

Q: Is there a cost to be part of the schedule chatroom speakers?

A: No,  Each month visit our calendar of events to see upcoming scheduled chat sessions. To participate in our schedule chat room one must log in no more then 15 minutes before chat starts to use this feature for free. Popup's must be allowed for the chat room to work properly.
